A little help along the way

About Little Nonograms

Little Nonograms is a small collection of browser-based logic puzzles made for a quiet break. You can play a daily puzzle or move through the practice collection at your own pace. There is no sign-up, leaderboard or subscription.

Original grids, familiar rules

Nonograms are a well-established form of picture logic puzzle. Our implementation and puzzle grids were created for this project; we do not copy puzzle collections or embed another publisher's game. The current collection includes 48 original 5×5 grids and 48 original 10×10 grids.

Each included grid is checked against its row and column clues. A line-constraint solver must be able to resolve every square before that grid enters the collection. This gives each published puzzle one solution that can be reached without guessing.

A daily pick, plus practice

The daily selection changes at midnight UTC. Both size collections rotate every 48 days. Everyone playing the same size on the same UTC date receives the same grid. Practice follows a separate sequence, so you can play more without changing your daily progress.

Your pace, your device

The timer starts when you make your first edit. Hints, checking and undo are available whenever you need them. Progress is saved locally in your browser, including the filled squares, elapsed time and hints used. If browser storage is unavailable, you can still play, but your attempt may not survive a refresh.

There is no cloud account, so progress does not sync between devices or browsers. Clearing site data removes your stored attempts. You can read more in our privacy notice.

Project transparency

This is an independently maintained, AI-assisted project. Its puzzle generation, game logic and written material are reviewed and tested before publication. We are not affiliated with another puzzle publisher or with the owners of any similar puzzle brand.

The game implementation and original puzzle data are released under CC0. Third-party hosting and analytics services, if enabled, follow their own terms. The initial release has no advertising. If advertising is added, the privacy notice and consent controls will be updated first.
